High School Student Art Contest 2019
About:
RMLD invites local high school students from Reading, North Reading, Wilmington, and areas of Lynnfield served by RMLD to showcase their creativity by participating in an art contest to commemorate RMLD’s 125th anniversary.
Contest Timeline:

| June 15, 2019 | Deadline to register and receive art supplies (limited to first 50 students, see official contest rules for details) |
| August 15, 2019 | Final deadline to register |
| August 30, 2019 | All artwork is due by 12:00 pm |
| October 1, 2019 | Award ceremony |
Awards:
Each student who submits artwork by the deadline will receive a certificate for ten hours of community service. Three to five winners will be selected based on the number of submissions received and the content of the artwork. Each winner will receive a gift card of up to $100 for qualified school or art supplies. One submission will be selected to be featured on the cover of RMLD’s Annual Report.
Winners will be announced at an Awards Ceremony to be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 6:30 pm at RMLD.

125th Anniversary Materials:
The subject matter of the 2019 art contest is RMLD's 125th Anniversary. Participating students must review the following materials:
- "RMLD Celebrating 125 Years" Video (six minutes in length)
- 125 Year Historical Timeline
- Pages 4, 7, and 8 of RMLD's FY 18 Annual Report
Registration:
Registration is closed.
Art Submission:
All final artwork is due by Friday, August 30, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
- All art submissions must be accompanied by a completed Art Submission Form.
- Physical artwork (drawings, paintings, etc.) must be mailed or dropped off to:
