Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) is committed to delivering reliable, low-cost and increasingly non-carbon energy.
Efficient energy use and greater electrification help reduce customers’ overall energy costs while supporting Massachusetts’ compliance mandates. RMLD customer bills are consistently 50–60% lower than those of investor-owned utilities (IOUs) in Massachusetts. Rate details are updated annually.
