BID INFORMATION:
The RMLD is seeking bids for a new ‘Video Surveillance and Access Control System Project’. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be executed and returned to me in order to receive the confidential Specifications Document, Section H-3, ‘Electronic Security Upgrade Drawings’.
Because the Project involves some construction work on a public building, all bidders must submit a Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (“DCAMM”) Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement in Electronic Security Systems with the bid.
Also included in the Bid Package are the Prevailing Wage Rate Sheets. This is a Prevailing Wage project for the installation services.
There is an Optional Pre-Bid Meeting to review the IFB documents scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at RMLD, 230 Ash Street, Reading, MA. An NDA must be executed if you wish to attend this meeting.
The Bid Due Date is 11:00 A.M., on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. The Bid Opening will immediately follow at the RMLD. **Late bids will not be accepted.
