After a thorough review and evaluation of the bids, RMLD awarded its IFB 2020-30 to Ambient Temperature Corporation.

The Bid Opening took place at 11:30am on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. The RMLD received the following Bids in response to IFB 2020-30 - Station 4 Air Conditioning Project. The RMLD is in the process of a thorough review of all the submitted forms. No award has been made at this time.

Note:
There is a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 45 Causeway Road, Reading, MA, 01867 REQUIREMENTS: HARD HATS, MASKS, AND 6’ DISTANCING. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is also required. Photos are not allowed.
This is a prevailing wage project.

Bid Opening date is 12/29/2020 at 11:00 A.M. **Please note that the RMLD Office is closed to the public due to Covid-19 restrictions. The Bid Opening will be recorded, and the Bid results will be immediately published on the RMLD Website and sent to Bidders. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.
