The Bid Opening took place at 11:30am on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. The RMLD received the following Bids in response to IFB 2021-12 - Station 3 Generator Replacement Project. The RMLD is in the process of a thorough review of all the submitted forms. No award has been made at this time.

Optional Pre-Bid Meeting:
10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 166R Chestnut Street, North Reading,01864. REQUIREMENTS: HARD HATS, SAFETY GLASSES, SAFETY BOOTS, MASKS, AND 6’ DISTANCING. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Photos are not allowed.
Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements:
All vendors who wish to receive a copy of the plans and attend the Pre-Bid Meeting must fill out RMLD’s Non-Disclosure/ Confidentiality Agreement that is included as part of the bid package (Pages 96-99 of the PDF). Please return this document prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting or you will not be allowed to receive the plans or attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. If you filed an NDA for the previous bid (IFB 2020-30) you do not need to fill out another one. Please request the plans making note that an NDA is on file with RMLD.
