February 4, 2021 Update:
After a thorough review and evaluation of all bids submitted for its IFB 2020-31, the RMLD decided it is in its best interest to reject all bids. The RMLD intends to revise the specifications to better fit its needs and rebid this project in the very near future. Thank you to all of the vendors for your time and effort in putting together your bid and for participating in RMLD's procurement process.

The Bid Opening took place at 11:30am on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. The RMLD received the following Bids in reponse to IFB 2020-31 - Station 3 Generator Project. The RMLD is in the process of a thorough review of all the submitted forms. No award has been made at this time.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING | 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 166R Chestnut Street, North Reading,01864. REQUIREMENTS: HARD HATS, SAFETY GLASSES, SAFETY BOOTS, MASKS, AND 6’ DISTANCING. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Photos are not allowed.

| All vendors who wish to receive a copy of the plans and attend the Pre-Bid Meeting must fill out RMLD’s Non-Disclosure/ Confidentiality Agreement that is included as part of the bid package (Pages 96-99 of the PDF). Please return this document prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting or you will not be allowed to receive the plans or attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
