Upon further review of the IFB 2021-16 Specifications, Item Description & Specification, Section 17.0 ‘Material Spreader’, the RMLD is issuing this Addendum to REMOVE the following minimum requirement from the Specifications and from Appendix A-Specification Checklist: 17.11 Vehicle Application: Dump body over 15,000 lb. GVWR
