UPDATE - 2/22/2023:
The RMLD received four (4) bids in response to IFB 2023-05 - “Grounds and Landscape Services”. Two (2) of the bids were rejected as non-responsive. Below are the bid amounts of the other two (2) submittals.

The RMLD has decided that it is in its best interest to REJECT all bids, pursuant to Chapter 30B, § 9, as all submittals far exceeded the funds available.
The RMLD plans to rebid this project in the very near future and will notify vendors when the new bid package is released.
ADDENDUM #1 TO IFB 2023-05:

RMLD received the following question regarding IFB 2023-05. Please see the RMLD response in red below:
- In reading the Qualifications listed in the bid document , I came across the requirement of a Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Commercial Certification. I hold a CORE applicator license within the state of Massachusetts and wanted to know if there was a reason that a Commercial Certification would need to be held for this position?
RMLD Response: The RMLD has decided to change the required Qualification from “Commercial Certification” to the “Applicator License (Core)” that must be kept in good standing for the entire contract.
