After a thorough review and evaluation of the bids, RMLD awarded its IFB 2020-47 to Ambient Temperature Corporation.

The Bid Opening took place at 12:30pm on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. The RMLD received the following Bids in response to IFB 2020-47 - HVAC and Ice Machines Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service. The RMLD is in the process of a thorough review of all the submitted forms. No award has been made at this time.

ADDENDUM #1 to RMLD IFB 2020-47 - Issued on Tuesday, February 9, 2021
PLEASE REMEMBER TO ACKNOWLEDGE ALL ADDENDA ON THE BID FORM.
RMLD received the following question regarding IFB 2020-47. Please see RMLD’s response in red below:
1. Will DCAMM Certification be required?
Upon review of the estimated potential value of the contract, which would include the two option years, the RMLD is issuing this Addendum to ADD the following requirements to the Bid:
1. DCAMM Certification – This is a REQUIRED document and MUST be included with the Bid Submittal. The bid submittal will be deemed non-responsive if this document is not attached.
2. Payment and Performance Bonds – The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The selected bidder has five (5) days from the presentation of the contract to the bidder from the RMLD to furnish the performance and payment bonds.
