  1. Report a Power Outage

RMLD posts area outage notifications and updates on X (formerly Twitter).

The RMLD Outage Map shows reported and planned outages, current status and estimated restoration times. 

If you see an outage:

1. View the RMLD X feed or outage map to see if an outage has already been reported in your area.

2. If you do not see the outage listed, fill out the RMLD Outage Form >>

3. If you see a downed power line or electrical equipment, call 781-942-6598 or 781-944-1340 immediately.

If you see a downed power line or electrical equipment DO NOT APPROACH THE AREA. Stay at least 35 feet away from the issue. Avoid touching any structure, objects or persons in the area.
