The Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) Citizens’ Advisory Board (CAB) is comprised of representative members from each of the four towns that RMLD serves. The CAB has an advisory role: it reviews and makes non-binding recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on budgets, rates, and some policy and operations matters.
