Historical Monthly Adjustments
As of July 1, 2017, the Purchased Power Capacity & Transmission (PPCT) rate for industrial time-of-use customers will be been broken down into a demand component and an energy component. This modification more accurately reflects how demand impacts wholesale capacity and transmission costs.
Beginning in May 2016 for RMLD internal billing purposes, Commercial TOU fuel charge adjustment needs to be listed as negative and 1.8% adjustment needs to be listed as positive.
