Q – Where do I find my account number?

A – Your account number may be found on your billing statement, or for paperless customers, in the email containing your last billing statement. The account number is 12-digits in length and appears in the following format: 5XXXXX-1XXXXX.

 

Q – Where do I find the discount amount due from my last bill?

A – This is the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE IF PAYMENT RECEIVED BY amount listed on your bill as shown below. Paperless customers may also find this in the email containing their billing statement under Balance Due.

Q – I did not receive the email to complete my registration. What should I do?

A – Check for the email in your spam/junk folder. The from email address is [email protected]. The subject of the email is “Customer Notification System.” Once you find the email, but sure to mark it as not junk so your email accepts messages from this email address moving forward.

If you do not find the email in your spam/junk folder, add [email protected] to your safe sender's list then contact RMLD customer service at 781-942-6598 and ask them to resend the email.

 

Q – I am a Gmail user and there is no link in the registration email I received. What should I do?

A – Two steps are required for the link to appear: first, mark the email as not spam; second, move the email back to your inbox. The link should then appear in the email.

If the link still does not appear after following these steps, add [email protected] to your safe sender's list then contact RMLD customer service at 781-942-6598 and ask them to resend the email.
