EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING MINUTES
TIME: 9:10 P.M.

PRESENT: Messrs. Lessard, Norton, Van Magness, Stevenin (CAB)
Note: Mr. Carakatsane arrived at 9:20 P.M.

Chairman Lessard called the Executive Session to order at 9:10 P.M.
Tine Case
Mr. Cameron explained the background of the Tine Case going back from 1996 to date. He further stated that he is presently working to possibly settle the case and the $250,000 in the Operating Budget is to cover legal costs that will be associated with the possible settlement. Mr. Cameron is presently waiting to hear from Mr. Tine’s attorney.
Discussion ensued relative to a possible deadline to settle the case.
MCAD Cases
Mr. Cameron stated the four MCAD cases listed in the Operating Budget under Professional Services involve one employee. Mr. Cameron updated the CAB on the circumstances of the filings as related to the operating budget.
Adjournment
Motion was made to return to Regular Session for the sole purpose of adjournment by Mr. Norton.
Mr. Van Magness seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously: 5:0:0.
