Fluorescent light bulbs, which contain mercury, should no longer be thrown out in the trash. Improper disposal of fluorescent bulbs has been proven to have serious consequences for the environment and for people’s health. So that residents can safely dispose of their fluorescent lights, and in an effort to protect the air we breathe and our local water supplies, we are supplying the local drop off disposal locations of each town. Please feel free to contact your local town to varify the most up to date details.
